At Enosis the goal is to guarantee high quality wines by studying working methods intended to enhance the quality characteristics of the vines and the soil, not only improving wine production but persevering our true asset: the terroirs themselves.

Enosis does not limit itself solely to organoleptic analysis – it aims towards a complete scientific understanding of the grape thus ensuring wines of great character and identity.
